01 Who we are

02 What we collect
Only what you send us. When you complete the inquiry form on this site, you give us:
- Your name, so we know who we are replying to.
- Your company, if you choose to give it. This field is optional.
- Your email address, so we can reply.
- The subject of your inquiry, so it reaches the right person.
- Your message, in your own words.
We do not ask for payment details, identity documents, or any other sensitive information anywhere on this site, and you should never send them to us by email.
03 What we do not collect
This site does not set cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no third-party tracking of any kind. We do not build a profile of you, we do not follow you across other websites, and we do not know you visited unless you write to us.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which can include the IP address that requested a page and the time of the request. Those logs are created by the hosting infrastructure, not by anything we added to the page, and we use them only to keep the site running and secure.
04 Why we use it and what it is for
We use what you send for one purpose: reading your inquiry and replying to it. If your inquiry turns into a business relationship, we keep the correspondence as an ordinary business record. That is the whole of it.
We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it for marketing. We do not add you to a mailing list because you wrote to us once.
05 Who else can see it
Your message reaches our email provider, which hosts the inbox at siflex.shop. If the inquiry form is connected to a form-delivery service, that service passes the message to that same inbox and holds a copy. These providers process the data on our instructions and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
Beyond that, we share information only when the law requires it, such as a valid legal request from a government authority or a court.
06 How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not lead anywhere are deleted within 24 months. Correspondence tied to a contract or a transaction is kept for as long as the applicable tax and company law requires us to keep business records, and then deleted.
07 Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to info@siflex.shop and we will respond inside 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority, and you can do that without asking us first.
08 Security
This site is served over HTTPS, so what you send is encrypted in transit. Access to the inbox is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise, but we will tell you promptly if something happens that affects your information.
09 Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. We will not apply a change retroactively to information you already sent us under an earlier version.
